Major construction defects must fall within a 10 year time frame - as this does clearly. We have already made calls to PFS , HUD and the state inspector - my family is living in a massive mold infestation and Design Homes has no concern for the already occurring health issues. We have not even looked into the basement bedroom yet for possible issues there from water run off. My family has been through so much and now we have to fight for what is right.
